Zetec to cvh thermostat housing adapter Plate. Comes with all the hardware and gaskets needed to install it, 
Ideal when going from cvh to zetec as you can keep the cvh housing and top radiator hose and sensors.
also houses the original dash temp sensor which would normally go in the cvh cylinder head. There's 2 options, you can have the sensor to the front pointing towards the radiator or the rear facing towards the bulkhead if you are trying to keep wiring out of sight.
